A blurry drone feed on your phone does not tell you by itself whether the recorded footage is blurry. Compare the live preview with a file saved by the drone before changing focus, replacing hardware, or enhancing the video.

Compare the Phone Feed With the Saved File

Record a short clip in good light, then open the original saved file directly on a computer or another suitable device. If the saved file is sharp while the phone preview is soft, focus on the live-view path: app preview quality, wireless connection, display scaling, or the drone's preview stream.

If both the phone feed and the original saved recording are blurry, inspect the camera lens and repeat the test with a detailed stationary subject. That tells you whether the softness is being captured into the file rather than introduced only by the preview.
