Can I cancel my monthly or annual subscription?
Yes, of course, you can.
• 1-year subscription allows you to use this product for 1 year and renew if you're satisfied. You will receive an email notification 7 days prior to the end of the subscription, which will include instructions to either renew for another year or cancel the subscription.
• 1 month subscription allows you to use this product for 1 month and renew if you're satisfied. You will receive an email notification 7 days prior to the end of the subscription, which will include instructions to either continue the monthly subscription or cancel the subscription. -
What's the difference among pay-per-view plan, monthly plan and yearly plan?
When you choose a pay-per-use plan, you only pay a one-time fee for the number of the repairable files and use them as many times as you pay. When you buy the 1-month license, you are empowered with the monthly free use and updates. When you opt for the 1-year license, you have the permission of free use and updates in 1 year. If you don't need 1-month or 1-year license anymore, you can cancel the next subscription at any time.

When should I use the advanced photo or video repair function?
The “Advance Repair” option is for severely corrupt JPEG/JPG images or videos. If your JPEG/JPG image or video cannot be repaired through “Quick Photo Repair” or “Quick Video Repair” process, it is advised you use “Advanced Repair”. Through it, you can fix photos or videos with severe corruption. It should be noted that for the three features of Repairit online, you can only take advanced repair for videos, and quick repair for files, but for photos, both the two modes are supported.

What about the video/audio codec format compatibility?
Not all streaming and recording protocols support all of the video/audio codes. Sometimes you may wonder why your current media player does not support all the codec formats of your video/audio files. That is because some codec formats need to be supported by the system.
